1. Train and instruct employees to adhere to all requirements in the Hainel Safety Manual

2. Pay close attention to personal security and property of every worker and customer and provide a safe working environment according to labor protection laws. A company safety committee supervises and calls regular meetings to carry out and improve the implementation of a safe working environment.

3. Pay close attention to worker safety. Any intentional or unintentional safety rule violation may cause serious repercussions.

4. If a Hainel employee discovers danger or a potential danger, report it to a higher authority or personnel of the Safety Committee immediately. This is beneficial for both the worker and others.

5. If an injury occurs during work time, report it to higher authorities immediately to obtain emergency care.

6. Every worker has the obligation to help their colleagues out of danger if an accident occurs.
